Terms of Service

1. Who we are

"Ayda Digital", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the publisher operating the products listed above. For anything related to these terms, contact us at admin@aydayazdani.com.

2. What we provide

• 11plusenglish.com — online reading comprehension, grammar, and creative-writing practice for children preparing for the UK 11+ exam. Parents create accounts; parents assign modules to learners.
• clinicalpharmacist.uk — clinical education modules and practice scenarios for pharmacists. Subscription passes grant time-bound access to premium content.
• iclerk.org — an AI-assisted medical documentation tool for emergency-medicine physicians. Subject to separate clinical disclaimers (see §8).

Service availability, features, and pricing may change. We will announce significant changes by email to active account holders.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a paid parent/user account. Children (under 13) may only use 11plusenglish.com under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Payments, passes, and refunds

One-time passes

11plusenglish.com and clinicalpharmacist.uk sell one-time time-limited access passes (e.g. 30-day, 90-day, 180-day, annual). There is no automatic renewal. Access ends on the pass expiry date unless you purchase another pass.

Subscriptions

iclerk.org is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. By making a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.

Refund policy

• Digital-goods distance-selling: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, once you have started using the service after purchase, your 14-day cooling-off period ends. You confirm this when you begin using content.
• Unused passes: if you have not accessed any premium content within 48 hours of purchase, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
• Technical issues: if a defect on our side prevents you using what you paid for, contact admin@aydayazdani.com; we will either fix it promptly or issue a pro-rata refund.
• Subscription refunds (iclerk.org): current billing period is non-refundable once content has been processed; we do not prorate partial months.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials with anyone outside your household (one parent account = one family)
• Redistribute, resell, republish, or scrape content without our written permission
• Use the services to harass, impersonate, or defraud others
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to compromise the security of the services
• Use automated tools to flood the service with requests or artificially inflate usage
• Use iclerk.org with patient data from any setting other than your authorised clinical practice, or in any way that breaches your local data-protection or clinical-governance obligations

We may revoke access, without refund, for material breaches of this section.

6. Intellectual property

All content (text, images, audio, code, UI) on our services is owned by Ayda Digital or our licensors, except content you submit.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal or professional use while your account is active. You retain ownership of anything you submit (e.g. a child's writing response, a clinical note on iclerk.org), and you grant us a licence to process, store, and display your submissions as needed to operate the service.

7. AI-generated content and limitations

11plusenglish.com and iclerk.org use large language models (LLMs) from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Google) to generate writing feedback and clinical-documentation suggestions.

LLM output can be inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for a given context. You must review and verify anything an AI generates before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Educational and clinical disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (11plusenglish.com parent dashboard; iclerk.org account settings; or by emailing us for clinicalpharmacist.uk).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use. Where termination is our fault (e.g. service permanently discontinued), we will refund any unused portion of a paid pass or subscription.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. For material changes, we will notify active account holders by email at least 14 days in advance where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts, save where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
