About
The clinician sees the patient. iClerk listens, finds the relevant clinical guidance, and writes the clerking note as the consultation unfolds — Presenting Complaint and History, Past Medical History, Medications, Allergies, Examination, Investigations, Differentials, Initial Plan.
Every clinical claim in the note is linked back to a source — a department guideline, a national standard, or a published recommendation. What can't be sourced is shown plainly as such, so the clinician always knows where each line came from.
